Terms and Conditions:
- By purchasing from 3DForge.shop, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
- 3DForge.shop is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse, abuse, improper storage, or any other conditions beyond our control.
- Returns and exchanges are subject to approval by 3DForge.shop and may be denied if the item does not meet the eligibility criteria.
- Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method.
- 3DForge.shop reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that are deemed fraudulent or violate our policies. Please read the return policy section below.
Product Handling and Suitability:
- All 3D printed items offered by 3DForge.shop are not intended for young children and should be handled with care.
- Keep 3D printed items with PLA material away from extreme temperatures above 40 degrees Celsius (inside a car), direct sunlight as cracking & yellow staining may occur in some materials, and keep away moisture to maintain their quality.
- Please exercise caution when handling items with small or delicate components to avoid breakage.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the 3D printed item must be in its original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
2. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective 3D printed item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Provide clear photographs of the damaged or defective item along with a description of the issue.
- We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or a refund based on the extent of the damage or defect.
3. Returns Process:
- If you wish to return an item for reasons other than damage or defect, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate the return process.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging or a packaging of similar protective quality.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.
4. Refund or Exchange:
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
- If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
- Exchanges will be processed as soon as the returned item is received and inspected. Any price differences between the returned and exchanged items will be handled according to our current pricing.
5. Non-Refundable Items:
- Custom made and or branded products (I.E. any modified item with a name added and or branding) are non-refundable.
